Limited Warranty

WICKEROUND stands behind the quality of eligible WICKEROAS products. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, eligible products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser or picked up by the original purchaser.

1. Warranty Coverage

During the applicable warranty period, this limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the following components:

  • Frame & Structural Components: Manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the frame or other structural components under normal intended use.
  • Wicker & Rattan: Manufacturing defects such as abnormal cracking, splitting, or peeling that are not the result of normal wear, environmental exposure, misuse, or improper care.
  • Cushions & Fabric: Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, or fabric construction. Normal fading, discoloration, compression, stretching, and wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product.
  • Fading, discoloration, staining, or changes in appearance resulting from sunlight, weather exposure, use, or environmental conditions.
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care or maintenance.
  • Improper assembly, installation, disassembly, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.
  • Severe or extreme weather conditions, including storms, high winds, flooding, freezing conditions, or other weather-related events.
  • Mold, mildew, excessive moisture, humidity, corrosion, or other environmental conditions not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or use of incompatible replacement parts.
  • Damage occurring during transportation, moving, storage, or relocation after the product has been delivered or picked up.
  • Cosmetic variations that do not affect the intended function or structural integrity of the product.
  • Damage caused by use of the product for a purpose or in a manner for which it was not designed.

3. Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, the claimant must provide reasonable proof of purchase and sufficient information for WICKEROUND to evaluate the claimed defect.

Warranty coverage applies only during the applicable warranty period and only to defects covered by this limited warranty.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email info@wickeround.com and include:

  • Your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
  • The product name or a description sufficient to identify the product.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the affected area and, when reasonably requested, the overall product.

WICKEROUND may request additional photographs, information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate the claim.

5. Warranty Resolution

If WICKEROUND determines that a claim is covered by this limited warranty, WICKEROUND will determine an appropriate remedy based on the nature of the covered defect and the circumstances of the claim. A remedy may include, as appropriate, replacement parts, repair, replacement of the affected product or component, or another appropriate resolution.

The availability of a particular remedy may depend on product condition, parts availability, product availability, and other relevant circumstances. Replacement products or components, when provided, may differ in color, finish, design, or other non-material characteristics if the original item is no longer available.

Submission of a warranty claim does not automatically entitle the claimant to a refund, replacement, or any particular remedy.

6. Returns and Exchanges

This limited warranty is separate from WICKEROUND's return and exchange policy. Requests to return an otherwise non-defective product are governed by the applicable return policy, including its eligibility requirements and time limits.

A product that is no longer eligible for a standard return may still be eligible for warranty service if it has a covered defect and the warranty period has not expired.

7. Additional Terms

This limited warranty applies only to covered defects and does not replace or extend any separate return, exchange, shipping, or other store policy.

Nothing in this limited warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
